16 July 2019– The National Council of Social Services (NCSS) Social Service Summit saw a gathering of 1,000 social service professionals, corporates, donors and government representatives this year. Themed ‘Impact Through Innovation’, the event was held at the Marina Bay Sands Expo & Convention Centre, Singapore’s largest convention space.

This summit, an annual signature event for NCSS, brought together leaders from the social service ecosystem to build networks and to collaborate for change. Minister for Social and Family Development, Mr Desmond Lee, urged the social service sector to be open to digital transformation.

The iShine Cloud team had the opportunity to reach out to the attendees at the summit, to share the services of iShine Cloud and to address enquiries from interested charities.

For the first time, iShine Cloud also showcased the Volunteer and Donor Management System, an optional package that charities would soon be able to subscribe to as part of iShine Cloud’s suite of services.
